We Vet Better!
They handled my bunny very gently and spent lots of time in the exam room talking to me about the plan for the visit. When they had to take bunny back for X-rays, I could hear the staff speaking very affectionately and baby-talking to him.
Everybody that works here clearly cares about animals and will treat your pet like one of their own. If you have a rabbit, I would highly recommend this place.
If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
My dog loki is my soul dog and my whole world. Not only did dr.rainer take the time to talk to me on the phone for 30 minutes before even seeing loki to calm me down while I was panicking over him going under for an exploratory again.
He also took loki right in the moment my husband got him to the vet and updated us every minute along the way. He even called us MID SURGERY to update us with unfortunate findings and was extremely honest in what he was comfortable doing. He has connections all around the vet world and meet him for 1 minute and you’ll understand why he’s so respected.
He knew the ultrasound tech that took our dogs ultrasound at our primary vet (though we plan to switch to horizon with our 3 dogs after this without a doubt) and called her to walk through all the findings with her.
***If your fur baby has a medical emergency, this is THEE place to go.***
Just call first and he will be VERY honest if he can handle it. The staff her is also nothing short of amazing. You can see their love for animals and how much they just want to help YOU be okay as well.
I am VERY particular with who handles my fur babies and this vet I would and have trusted them with my fur babies lives and honestly at this point they’re the only vet office that helped my sanity during all of this.
Oh AND pricing is well beyond reasonable. For the surgery and check up and everything in between, it was 1/8 of the cost of an animal hospital.
Their 3 mottos they have, you can tell that they live, eat and breathe - kindness, authenticity, and transparency and oh man, do they exceed this.
