Dr. Rainer—veterinarian, founder, and chief visionary—is on a mission to make high-quality pet care both personal and possible. At Horizon Veterinary, we’re pioneering Accessible Care—a bold, tech-forward system that tears down traditional barriers by combining transparent care and an open-concept layout.

Horizon is a family-owned, private practice in the process of receiving its AAHA Accreditation, offering routine services like vaccinations, wellness exams, sick/injured exams, spays/neuters, dental procedures, and general surgeries. We also provide elective surgeries and advanced specialty procedures, many of which are performed by our board-certified surgeon in-house.

And as part of our commitment to offering advanced specialty care, we’re excited to share that Horizon Veterinary now has a board-certified ophthalmologist available in-house with advanced notice. This means we can handle not just routine eye concerns but also serve as a referral resource for other clinics in the North Houston area that need specialized ophthalmic expertise.

We offer multiple payment options, including affordable payment plans alongside traditional pay-at-time-of-service methods. We’re not just running a clinic.
