Furthermore, you acknowledge that you voluntarily provided your personal contact information through in-person or electronic means, knowing that you could be contacted. What We Collect

Information You Provide To Us
- Personal Information. We collect your name, uploaded photos and content, postal address, email address, phone number, username, password, as well as other information you directly provide us through the Service. f you are a Veterinarian Provider, such information may also include: states licensed, the name and address of your veterinary hospital, a copy of your driver’s license, social security number, and/or your professional license number. If you sign up using a third party account, we may also receive information from those third party services such as your name, email address, gender, and photo.
- Payment Information. If you are a client or potential client, we may collect bank account details in order to pay you for your services. We work with service providers that may handle this information on our behalf. We use Trinity Merchant Group. Please read the terms and conditions of TMGvets carefully, as these are the financial services terms that apply to the services provided by TMGvets. You agree to pay Company all charges at the prices then in effect for the products and/or services. You authorize Company to charge your payment provider for any such purchases.
You agree to make payment and you agree to accept and adhere to all Services Agreements entered into
with Horizon — United States.

- Communications. If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.

You also may close your account by contacting the customer support team and receiving confirmation that your account is no longer active. If you close your account, we will retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and record keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our Service or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by law. If your information has already been provided to third parties as described in this Policy, retention of that information will be subject to those third parties’ policies.
Our marketing emails tell you how to “opt-out.” If you opt out, we may still send you non-marketing emails. Non-marketing emails include emails about your accounts and our business dealings with you.
